Lush Seasonal Sales Associate interview questions

Applied online, 2/3 weeks later was invited for a casual "trial shift". 30/40mins on the shop floor, greeting customers, did a product demo and helped the best I can. (They don't expect you to know everything, and can direct people to other staff). Really fun process. Was taken into the office, was given feedback (all positive!), then was asked about availability, and was offered the job in person.
