Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

I did a lengthy group interview which involved interactive games and conversation then I did a trial shift with real members of the public. I believe the interview was well conducted and I felt supported.

Group interview process for first round interviews. Multiple stations where applicants rotated around in groups, which tested communication skills and interactions with each other. Knowledge of the company and Lush products was a useful advantage in the interviews, but not essential.
