Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

Very fun, friendly and warm environment with lots of encouragement and a non-judgemental attitude, very fast-paced and energetic, very short, fast-paced interview with main supervisor, free bath bombs and Lush products to take home with us after the interview so despite not getting the job, I felt very fulfilled afterwards

I've been "interviewed" by Lush twice. The first time it was not an interview it was group activities including making a poster and talking about our favourite product. This was ridiculous because it was held at 6pm to 8pm and there was about 10 people trying for the job. The second time there was no interview instead it was straight into a trial shift. Manager seemed nice, however we were told that we would get feedback midway through the shift. My feedback involved being told that I was "smashing it" and I was given nothing to improve upon. Despite this, I wasn't offered a job. I wouldn't recommend Lush because both the trial shift and "interview" were so long winded and pointless in the end.
