I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lush in Sep 2017
Interview
I emailed over my CV and cover letter and was then invited to an informal group interview. We were all asked to bring items that we felt represented us. The first activity was explaining in 2 mins why we chose these items to the group. We were then split into smaller groups and had to create a package of 5 Lush items for a celebrity we were given and then present these back to the whole group. In the final task we were asked to get into pairs and demonstrate a massage bar on each other's arms.
Overall, the interview was fun and informal. The staff were lovely. Although I got involved with the tasks and tried to be confident, there were a lot of big personalities! We were told we could email for feedback which I did but I never heard anything back.

Interview
After sending in my CV and cover letter, I was invited to a group interview. It consisted of various activities and tasks, such as:
- Selling a random object taken from a bag
- Rating the importance of different shop tasks in small groups
- Demonstrating a massage bar and bath bomb
After this I was invited to a trial shift where I was asked a few questions and asked to assist customers on the shop floor.

Interview
I applied via email. Attended a group interview and was later invited back for a face-to-face interview and trial shift. I received an email less than a week after my trial shift stating I had been unsuccessful. If I wanted to receive feedback on my application I could email to ask for this, so I did. They never got back to me after that.
