Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

Group interview with around 30 people. We were split into teams and sent around to complete different tasks including games to ask open ended questions (not even the manager running the task could provide us with examples). One on one interviews, although the group interview was structured so poorly that only a handful of people were interviewed by the general manager. Setting up a lush display as a team, again a complete and utter disaster as they design the interview to be the hunger games of interviews. It’s a mentality of “look at me, look at me” making it almost impossible to collaborate effectively. A three minute pitch “what magic can you bring to lush stores” - timed by a manager. Finally a demonstration as to how to massage a customer. Overseen by two managers who paid absolutely no attention and obviously just wanted to go home.
