Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

Really friendly and laid back, two interviewers asked a few questions about myself, my customer experience and overall just felt like a chat. Didn't ask too much about specific experience but just wanted to see my overall vibe i suppose. If you get through to the next stage there's a trial shift

They brought about 100 of us in to do a “hiring party” that consisted of various tasks we had to “perform” to the group, such as describing a product (we did not get to choose the product, so advanced knowledge was required which wasn’t made clear to us before).
