I applied online. I interviewed at Lush (Eastbourne, Inglaterra) in May 2017
Interview
It was made as a group interview which i though was awful since we were all nervous and tripping oveer our words because of it. We were 8 girls in total in the room and were assigned various group tasks, and very high school type of tasks like making groups and presenting one of the resposibilities of the job and describe it.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lush (High Wycombe, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
First had to apply with a CV and creative cover letter to stand out, then they email with a group interview if you're successful which included first an ice breaker question, learning how to arm massage and doing a 30 second tv advert for a product in groups. They had another form to fill out with some quirky questions and then if you were successful you got a shop floor trial. I wasn't sucessful in this as I only knew in detail about the bath products but if you're really attentive to customers and have a good knowledge and passion for Lush you'll probably be successful. One of the things that threw me off was having to compete with others from the group interview as I thought the shop trial would just be me. Theres also a one on one interview afterwards

Interview
Applying for the sales assistant role came with a group interview & a trial shift.
The group interview consisted of being a group of about 15 and completing several activities such as role playing, creativity with the products and presenting. You have to really stand out & be comfortable and confident to suggest/do something others are scared to do.
The trial shift was more straight forward & fun, be yourself, interact with customers. It is a good idea to get to the trail shift early & ask the current sales assistants questions and ideally where products are places around your store.
