Lush interview questions

Received a call to give me the time and place for a group interview. Interview was pretty fun! We all drew a picture to describe our self then went round in a circle introducing our self and what we drew and why. Then split into 2 groups, one got to do a product demo in which they would demo then you had to remember the information and do a demo yourself, the other group sat down and asked questions and was told general info about the company

I have applied for three jobs at three separate lush'. Each lush has recruited differently. All three posted on their Facebook page, the first one I had a one on one interview. Heard back abut two weeks later and instantly got the job. The second one I went to a really big interview process, they did it more like activities in a conference room. Both of the first two were really laid back. Then had a shop floor trial and hear back a few days later. The last was a smaller group interview (hiring party). Heard back a few days later.
