Luno interview questions

The process was very long and drawn out. It's taken more than a month to get to a point where a contract is offered. There are assessments and even your references are asked interview-like questions.

Mostly silence and little consideration for the candidate, if I were to sum up the process. Luno took several weeks to contact me, after they asked me to submit a response to a case study. I assumed they were not interested, but then decided to contact me, with little in the way of an apology. I also got little opportunity during the interviews to ask questions. They appear to pride themselves on being a people-first org, but the opposite comes through the interview process. I was turned down in the way of a generic email, but I now think this was probably a close escape from what appears to be a dysfunctional business.
