I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lumen (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview was challenging, with many questions that felt unrelated to the job description. Once the questions did focus on the role, they seemed scattered and lacked clear structure, making it difficult to provide concise, relevant answers. It felt like the conversation lacked a clear direction at times.

They talk agile, but don't walk agile.
