3 rounds of interviews and then a personality test through a third party vendor. The interviews were both in group format and individual format. About an hour long each and asked a variety of detailed questions
Very disorganized and unprofessional. After applying, I received an email from their internal recruiter with a link to select from a few slots for an initial screening. I chose a time slot and received a confirmation email. The recruiter was a no-show. I sent a follow up email and called and didn’t receive a response. I then selected another time slot and the screening was conducted. I was passed on to the hiring manager for what was scheduled to be a 30-minute virtual interview. The interview actually lasted for an hour and a half. At the end the hiring manager stated that he or the recruiter would be in touch about next steps. I never heard back from anyone until I received an automated email two months later stating that they hired another candidate.
