The interview process began with a phone call asking you to come in for an interview. You had to answer traditional questions, and afterward you were given a script to look at for a few minutes before they put you on a practice call with a hiring manager. I performed well on the practice call and was hired on the spot.

A manager interviews you and tests your phone experience to see how you would handle a situation and then move on to offer a product. They call from another room and act like a customer and see how smoothly you can navigate the conversation.

Interview
You first need to do the online interview and then they call you into an interview with your coach who you would have when hired and another employee (in this case the trainer) and they'll see how you would act in a call center type situation.

The hardest part is seeing how you would be in that call center situation. They will pretend to be a customer and see how you are with listening to the "customer".
