Seemed disorganized and the interviewer could not answer basic questions about the actual responsibilities of the position or the company's future. I was astounded at the lack of structure during the interview process and apathy of the interviewer. You would think they would be more organized for an established company.

I was asked if I had ever fired anyone or tracked an employee in a performance improvement plan. Strange question for a company in obvious decline with a stock price under $2.00. Not sure why I even bothered to take the interview.

Video screening was a great experience. I see why it was used. You were asked questions and given multiple opportunities to answer, review, and record. There were practice questions before the 3 actual questions.

After applying I received an email prompting me to complete a video recording of me answering questions, along with playing some games to analyze my personality. I spent 4 hours prepping for the question portion of the interview and never received a response from a human being.
