Interview
I applied for an intern position online. Got a strange phone call a week later first asking for additional information, then the caller made awkward and unsolicited critiques to my resume. I blew it off as posturing. Got another call later to schedule the interview. After the interview, there was no effort to contact me for weeks and all my emails were ignored.

I was referred by an employee who know I was looking for a new job. I forwarded my resume, and they contacted me immediately. I first spoke with the hiring mgr on the phone, then I had a phone interview with a panel. After the interview with the hiring mgr and some members from the team, I met with the Director one on one for another interview. I assumed I had the job at that time, since I was taken on a tour of the bldg. and introduced to various people, teams, etc. I was contacted a week later, offered the job and a fed x pkg arrived with my docs.
