Got this job through internal transfer. There were two challenging technical tests and two simulation tests for qualification. The interviews were more minimal, they were like verbal tests. The written tests were the real challenge, very technical. Based on legacy telco and networking technology. The interviews were by phone, which is appropriate, since the job is all phone-based.
