I applied online. I received a call to set up a phone interview with one of the directors within a couple weeks. About a week after the phone interview I received a call asking for an in-person interview, and I received a job offer about 2 weeks after that. It was a hassle-free, quick and easy experience, and the interview gave me a good idea of what to expect from the position as well as the company.
