Interview
The interview was smooth. I had a phone call with HR to set up a time to meet and then the interview itself was with the department manager. It was short and straight to the point. Offered the job on the spot.

Tell me about your past customer service experience
The recruiter was great to talk to but they clearly had too big of a load which affected communication throughout the process. The given timelines were not followed (my last interview was in mid-January even though at the beginning of the process in November of 2024 I was told that they wanted to start the first week of the new year). The interviews themselves were fine, nothing too terribly difficult as it was for an entry-level role. When I asked for feedback on my interviews (as I made it to the final round but was ultimately was not chosen to participate in the program) no response or acknowledgment of the request was given.
