It’s an online application that takes a while and an assessment to see how you’ll fit in there. Then a sit down with a hiring manager or HR. A quick drug test and you are hired the next day.

Informal beyond belief. An asst. manager interviews you with nothing you have submitted in front of them. They don’t know your work history. So in 10 minutes you tell them why you would be a good fit, assure them you can meet the physical requirements of the job and you are done. I interviewed for cashier first and wasn’t hired. Then interviewed with different guy for associate and I was hired. Seems like their approach is just intuition.
