Lowe's Home Improvement Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview was smooth. I had a phone call with HR to set up a time to meet and then the interview itself was with the department manager. It was short and straight to the point. Offered the job on the spot.

It was quick and mostly they have already done their research about the entire work experience that i have gained over the years. it would be nice if the interview would be more interactive and not one-sided discussions. However, that was not the case. It was more of them asking me all the questions
