Lowe's Home Improvement interview questions

I've been with Lowe's for 4 1/2 yrs. and I'm trying to relocate to another state. I've been applying for different positions at different stores close to where I'm going to be. And I finally got an interview via phone for the kicthen cainet postion, after completing an online skills assessment My questions were: If I were to ask your co-workers about you, what would they say ? Have you even used the special program used in Caninets? And a few others I cannot remember at this time. The next day I recieved an email at work saying " We sincerely appreciate your interest in furthering your career with Lowe's. Regretfully, we have decided to pursue other candidates at this time." I'm finding it is very hard to relocate within Lowe's unless it's for family medical reasons...

I was called for an interview---Two months later I was still in the interviewing process. It was very slow and sometimes disorganized. The person conducting the interview was very male biased, but thought he would "give me a chance anyway."
