Lowe's Home Improvement interview questions

They have 2 people that interview you at the same time. They both pretty much ask you the same questions but want different answers. They don't call you back for weeks to let you know you got the job, which is after you have interviewed and got hired somewhere else. Need different and more effective policies in interviewing.

Personality Test when you submit app online which never was discussed in interview or beyond. Interviewed with HR Mgr and Asst Store Manager separately. Interview was nearly exclusively Behavioral Based Questions. I prepared answers to all the most likely questions such as: Have you handled a difficult situation with a supervisor? How? Have you handled a difficult situation with another department? How? Have you handled a difficult situation with a client or vendor? How? What do you do if you disagree with your boss?
