The hiring and interview process was very straight forward. Members from HR and Assistant Store Managers are all involved in the recruiting process as they want to ensure you are a great fit with the company. Completed online application, received phone call for interview, attended interview and was asked situational/behavioral questions by both HR and the Assistant Store Manager, few days later received call with an offer.

None that I can think off. They all began with "Tell me about a time when...? Describe the situation, the task, actions taken, and results of your actions when answering the questions.

Interview
Only had one interview, but I did meet with a series of managers on that day. Human Resources Manager did the initial interview, then I met with the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Manager. All were pretty basic interview questions: describe a time when you provided exceptional customer service, if you ever had a conflict with a fellow employee, that type of stuff
