Lowe's Home Improvement interview questions

Hiring took a long time initially. Over three hours. I actually asked if I could leave and come back. Had to pick someone up at hospital. Met with three different managers who all asked different questions. Had to wait forever for background check to come back before offering me the job.

Interview process is thorough and they choose the right candidate based on experience but should also base their pay off of education as well. Good to company to work for but not the greatest hours. They try to see if you have knowledge in that specific department and how you would handle an upset customer.
