Interview process is very thorough for a retail operation. You must be prepared to speak to no less than 2 people and be asked a variety of questions.

After Lowe's called me a few times for other positions to just tell me I was being considered for the positions and never get the job nor a phone interview, I finally get a phone interview. Due to me applying for several position about a month or two ago I didn't know which position I was being interviewed for, so my interview didn't get off on the right foot. It was a standard interview and I was told that they will call me back if I got the job. A few days later I get an email saying I was not picked for a job.
