Submitted application through our career portal. My store manager received a call from the store that I applied for questioning if I would be eligable for the position. I was then contacted and an interview was scheduled. I traveled to the store that I had applied for to do the interview in person. Received an offer several weeks after the interview.

Interview
Applied online, called immediately after to insure that they were aware of application. Called again 3 days later, and they called me in for an interview that day. After going in for the interview, they asked me how I normally treat customers, and seemed to amaze the interviewer as it was exactly what he wanted to hear.
