Lowe's Home Improvement interview questions

I started as a CSA and had extraordinary sales numbers and applied and got the PSE position when it came up.

I was an internal applicant for this position. Still the interview process was almost 3 hours with 2 store managers and an HR manager. Need to consider going over in great detail whatever selling skills you have. I don't think the process is 3 hours anymore, but best prepare to answer questions about hypothetical customer interactions.
