Lockton Companies interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn with a job opportunity. Initially I did a phone screening and had a great casual conversation. The second round interview I met virtually with the team lead and boss. They asked some behavioral based questions and asked about my day-to-day responsibilities in my current role. I made it to an in-person third round where I met with 6 different members of the team. It seemed like it was a vibe check to see if I would be a good fit for the team. The team meet-and-greet felt the most professional. I was notified a week later that they decided to go in a different direction. They provided feedback as to why I wasn’t chosen. Overall, the experience was pleasant because of their effective communication.

Interviewer was very friendly, I was asked 2 questions about myself and then 2 situation based questions. It was very relaxed and actually quite enjoyable, as it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
