Lockton Companies interview questions

Two rounds. Met supervisor and teammembers. Questions were fair and targeted at role. There was a little lack of clarity around what exactly the role would do, but the Company was really accessible and available to answer any follow-up questions.

Three Rounds, including a recruitment phone screen. Two virtual interviews, and then the team offered to meet me in person to talk more about the role in an informal setting. Overall the process was very straightforward and smooth.
