Straightforward two stage interviews process with some basic technical questions. Emphasis seemed to be on culture fit and assessing relevant experience. The first interview was on Teams and the second in-person at the London office

Typically, it looks like this: 1. Initial Call or Video Chat – A quick 15–20 minute conversation to introduce ourselves, learn about your family’s needs, and see if we might be a good fit. 2. In-Person Meeting – A chance for me to meet you and your children, answer questions, and give you a feel for my personality and caregiving style. 3. Trial Session (if helpful) – Some families like to schedule a short trial (2–3 hours) so the children can get comfortable and you can see me in
