Lockton Companies interview questions

Pretty easy and straightforward. You do a phone interview first and then they will ask you to do an in person interview and then after the interview you shadow an employee if theres time.

It been quite nice, they give a rotation interview with 30 people in the team ( across different area - marine, construction, etc). Each person in the team will ask 1 random questions. It was fun to learn different area from one interview. I learn more about the job, the role and the company in general.
