Lockton Companies interview questions

It was no long and a bit messy, but in the end not a horrible experience. I applied in December and immediately heard back from them to take personality and skills exams. I did that, they had originally wanted me to fly to LA, but since I was unable to, the interview was through a virtual conference call app. Due to technology issues, it took us 2 times of attempts to talk before getting it right the third time. After the interview, I was then asked to write a 500 word essay on why I should be the associate. While I didn't get the internship, I learned a lot from this experience and I know what and what not to do when applying for internships for next summer.

Was brought in to interview with the team I was going to be working with. It was pretty casual, just asked about me and my experiences working in insurance. They wanted to n ow about what type of student I was and how my past experiences working for a health insurance company might help me in the future. Then I took a Microsoft office test, pretty basic stuff.
