I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Lockton Companies (Middlebury, VT) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was no long and a bit messy, but in the end not a horrible experience. I applied in December and immediately heard back from them to take personality and skills exams. I did that, they had originally wanted me to fly to LA, but since I was unable to, the interview was through a virtual conference call app. Due to technology issues, it took us 2 times of attempts to talk before getting it right the third time. After the interview, I was then asked to write a 500 word essay on why I should be the associate. While I didn't get the internship, I learned a lot from this experience and I know what and what not to do when applying for internships for next summer.

Laid back, cordial. I went into the process not knowing much about the company. It ended up being very casual and I enjoyed my conversation with the interviewer very much
