It was fairly straightforward to apply online. I talked on the phone for the initial screening. They wanted me to complete some assessments, which took about 45 minutes before moving forward with the process.
After that, I was scheduled for an in-person interview. I am OK with that, but I prefer virtual as I do not have a car and must resort to public transit to get around. The interview was easy, with basic questions about qualifications. A few surprise questions, such as how you would handle a customer barged into the office, are right next to the dealership.
Felt really good about the interview but got a rejection email no less than 24 hours later. At least it was a quick turnaround, and didn't have to wait!
