waited for about 5 minutes, was pulled back into managers office, had a 30 minute conversation about the job and what is expected, asked about my background and how my background would meld with their standards.

Casual conversation with the service manager and tour of the facility, with non-formal introduction to current employees. Described the basic requirements of the job and certain intricacies associated with store. Basic questions relating to driving and automotive interests.
