First round included a quick 15 min phone call with the program manager getting to know each other, the company and specifics of the position
- resume was brought to be reviewed by other analysts to be approved for next round
Second round included talking to the other program manager that was about 30-45 min in which you answer some behavioral questions and explain background/current knowledge. They also explained about the DART program in more detail and talked about which rotational departments you would like to be a part of.
Third round included interviews with potential departments you would start your rotational program with and was asked behavioral questions as well as technical questions.
