Lithia & Driveway interview questions

Very casual. I arrived early and was offered drinks and snacks. Salesmen thought I was buying a car til I explained I was there for interview. Receptionist very friendly. Not a lot of information - told me about 2 different positions. Said the staff was younger so I assumed he was seeking someone with more of a work ethic. My resume is stellar. Why do they keep you for 2 hrs and introduce you to all the staff if they don't think you're a fit??

This was a remote interview with the Manager of the Digital Content Team at Lithia. It was a straightforward question and answer session beginning with introductions and ending with salary requirements. The process took about 45 minutes.
