I applied in-person. I interviewed at Leidos in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview process was very straight forward. This was for a contract transition between two companies. The company held a meet and greet, and conducted all of the interviews during that time.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos in Nov 2021
Interview
The entire interview process was about 3 weeks long. I applied and had a good convo with the hiring manager. She followed up and said she'd like me to move forward in the process and speak with a few senior team members. They seemed laid back and they asked me a lot of writing based questions. My final interview was with the marketings teams and the team I'd be working in and the entire call was very awkward. The final interview started off very weird. They got annoyed when I corrected them pronouncing my name wrong. I also asked a ton of questions since it was the final interview and they didn't answer them and gave 'run-around' answers. One person on the call didn't speak at all and wasn't sure why they were on the call. She seemed very stand-offish and it felt like she didn't want to be in the interview. It threw me off and it put a negative vibe on the entire hour-long call. A few days later, I got an offer but the awkwardness of the final interview really didn't sit well with me and I ended up declining the offer.

Question 1
What are some techniques you use when proofreading?
The interview was with two individuals. One of the individuals was very straight forward about the position but the other wanted to know every single detail about my current role which gave me a weird vibe.
