Good discussion but seem to be still getting direction. Seem like talented new management brought onboard to work out the processes and procedures to move forward.panel interview but only 2 people were asking questions which was confusing.

Soft skills are as important as technical skills when interviewing with Leidos as the job is mostly customer facing regardless of whether or not it is a remote or onsite support.

Filled out a questionnaire and was contacted to interview a few days later. Interview was a behavioral phone interview followed by a technical interview on language specific terminology. Terminology questions start off easy and then become progressively more difficult.
