I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Leidos (Washington, DC)
Interview
Applied through their website and heard back for an interview two months after applying. First of all, the interview had to be moved to the client site in Washington DC because of a meeting, which I did not mind at all coming, however, it was interrupted after 10 mins because the room was booked by another department, very unprepared and rude to not have a booked room for the interview. Interesting knowing about the projects and task but I think both people performing the interview were unprepared with question and they just threw at me whatever they could think of. The interview was 3 months ago, and to this date I have NOT heard from them at all. Very unprofessional and rude, even if they think I am not a good fit for the position I think I simple email should do the job. Very disrespectful to leave candidates like this without a response after an interview, doesn’t speak very well about the company and its employees.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What best describes you?
How you handle time management?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Dayton, OH) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interview process started with an email asking for several questions.
Next was a technical phone interview that lasted about an hour and a half. I think the questions were fairly neutral in terms of difficulty, except the last question. The last question was a difficult search algorithm problem. I should mention that they didn't expect people to get the last question correct.
After the phone interview, the in-person interview was scheduled over email. The in-person interview consisted of entirely whiteboard algorithm questions in front of 3-4 other team members.
