All they required was for you to hold some kind of basic conversation and have good manners. I would not recommend the company, they were not very enthusiastic about their jobs and had extremely low expectations for candidates. They also did not offer to pay for travel to the onsite interview.

Applied online and quickly received a response for some pre screening questions. Less than a week afterwards I received an email to schedule a phone interview. Did not make it beyond the phone interview, but did receive a response within 2 weeks of the phone interview.
