I applied online. I interviewed at Learning Care (Murfreesboro, TN) in Feb 2018
Interview
Interview included average things like what 'would you do if' scenarios and child caretaking experience. Safety is always first, parent satisfaction is next. Parenthood is great experience; include that. I got a tour of the school center; everyone will judge you (I was very close with my team over the three years I worked there and they all admitted having some judge-y first impressions of me). My advice (and my interviewers advice years after my own interview) is act less like a teenager and more like an adult. Its just a basic interview. The fingerprinting process can take a long time (7-30 days average).

Interview
Interview process was smooth and easy. I met with several leaders and was able to tour the facility before I accepted the position. It was a very easy and smooth process.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Learning Care in Apr 2021
Interview
Usual questions like why do you want to work here, strengths weakness, etc... personality test remote 100% interviews because of covid. Was a professional process but long to find out if you get that job or not. They did play the stalling game for someone cheaper is my belief.
