Went through three interviews and never heard a response back. I reached out after two months and no one got back to me. The position was filled another month after that. After that long of a process it would've been polite to inform me.
Very simple and straight forward. Interviewer was nice and to the point. Friendly and it felt like a conversation rather than an interview. Behavior Based questions were the primary questions, with a few personal scattered throughout.

It was just a one-on-one conversation between the director and who ever is applying. It's easy, just remain calm and confident in your answers as they try to hire people who are very outgoing.
