The interview process was smooth but the interview was for spark developer and i had applied for Azure Devops and Databricks Admin. I suggest recruitment team please make clear that the candidate has applied for which role. This leads to the missing one chance for the candidate for interview.

First, the written examination was conducted at the college level and shortlisted candidates were interviewed. The interview went for 20 mins. Initially, some basic questions like introduce yourself, your aspirations, and why would you like to join L&T were asked. Thereafter, some technical questions related to concrete technology, RSS, and geotechnical engineering were asked.
