LRG interview questions

Went in for a sales interview with the branch manager which was nice and comfortable. I didn’t hear back but I got a call from another office nearby with information of a trainee lettings role available. The manager there arranged a phone call which ended up being an interview on the phone which I was not prepared for. But clearly went fine as I was offered the job same day. Usually you would interview with the regional aswell but he was on holiday at my point of interview.

Pretty standard interview process. Start with a call with recruitment before moving to the next stage which was teams based. Competency questions, not too difficult. The issue is after going through the whole process I had to chase them for an outcome and feel like had I not chased would have been ignored. Terrible way of doing business when candidates but the time in to apply.
