The Process Engineer is expected to initiate the required changes in operational practices and to train operations personnel as defined by the improvement opportunities and plant priorities. On a day to day basis they are in the building supporting hourly employees, Manager and Supervisor to ensure the processes are running smoothly and staying in compliance from a process and safety perspective. The position requires minimum supervision and they are expected to prompt changes required to achieve the site mandate.
