Interview
The company uses Targeted Selection (STAR) to determine if individuals are good fits for the company. Four people from different disciplines will conduct the interview using this process, afterwards a technical interview is conducted. At the end of the day, the applicants are reviewed and scored.

Interview
Started with a call from a head-hunter, asking if I was interested in the job opportunity. This was followed up by a 1:1 meet up with the hiring manager, which took about 90 minutes. Discussion was focused on work and expectations on travel. The subsequent interview was with his boss and the HR manager.
