      Application

      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LANXESS in May 2009

      Interview

      The company uses Targeted Selection (STAR) to determine if individuals are good fits for the company. Four people from different disciplines will conduct the interview using this process, afterwards a technical interview is conducted. At the end of the day, the applicants are reviewed and scored.
