Interview
Pretty standard interview process with District Manager, Regional Manager and Human Resources interviews. Basic behavioral questions to gauge understanding of operations, coaching, and your ability to understand business acumen.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at L'Occitane (Canberra) in May 2022
Interview
initial phone screening by hr, then face to face interview with state manager, however, the hr was an intern so I can sense she is very basically asking me questions on the list without interacting with candidates, it's all job-related question tho

Interview
The HR Manager was very nice. We set up a time of the phone interview by email. I did not pass the first phone interview, but it felt good. Not difficult questions. If you pass the phone interview, there will be another phone interview , next will be a face-to-face interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Occitane (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied online. 2 phone interviews than 1 face to face. Really disappointed after the process. Was told that after face-to-face interview that a phone interview with HR would be set up. Never heard from the company again. I followed up to see if they had gone with another candidate and they never even bothered to respond to me.
