The interview process itself varied, depending on the owner of the center. This means what questions you are asked can be almost anything. So not all questions will be the same. Just have a general idea of education, why you like learning, and so forth.
I got a callback first and scheduled a time to come in person in the center. Talked to the center owner about my previous tutoring experience and solved some pretty easy math problems.
Basic behavior interview, questions were asked about previous work experience and why I wanted to work there (part time seasonal position). Just one round in person, didn't need prior experience in tutoring.
