Kumon Tutor interview questions

After submitting my resume, I was contacted by the lead instructor at this KUMON location for an interview. They asked about my availability and my experience teaching/working with kids. Then I was asked to work with one of the students while the instructor observed/guided.

Very straightforward process. I was a high school student who was busy with extracurricular activities; they weren't flexible about my schedule and refused to compromise. It would have been easier to get the job if I wasn't in school.
